Yup, that's my local store as well. It's actually still a great deal at that price open box. My X4300H cost more than that at ABT's best pricing at closeout. I just personally don't want an open box.

You would be hard pressed to find something better for the price. One note to consider is this runs on the hotter side so you may need good ventilation.
