Did not fit in a 2018 Accord, or Tesla Model 3. Tried trunk, back seat, and front. The box height was a bit much. I had to get someone to deliver it. Hope that helps.

Actually, there's a screw in there already, but wasn't tight enough from the factory. To fix it, I used a 5/32 hex bit and a 1/4" wrench to tighten the screw. Now my headrest clicks up and down...
