Only works if you order via their special phone number. I added a line at the t-mobile store and it is invalid for the rebate. Another example of crap offers with crap terms from TMO

Actually, T-Mo has gotten better in this respect. Many of the recent phone deals applied to all the grandfathered plans as well.

I don't think they purposely over bill.... Their billing system is just so so so so bad! Fyi, they have also known to under bill, and to give out double rebates...

I totally agree. They usually have way better incentives-- like the $750 rebate they offer now and again on a new iPhone (which is an especially good deal when purchased at Costco). I'd recommend...

Does it have rollover of unused tickets... Also misleading title...it is one free ticket per month per new added line...so 12 tickets per new line in a year...
