Doesn't say. In the past 30% promotion, there were just limits per purchase ($100 in this case meaning $400 purchase if a 25% category) but people made multiple purchases that worked.

You have to click thru from the Samsung Pay app, which opens either in a web browser or Walmart app. When you complete your purchase, pay just like you normally would. No need to pay with Samsung...

Same for me. Most of the best Samsung Pay cashback offers are YMMV these days. I had to search for Walmart. It's also available under "shop for grads and dads" in the promotions tab.
