Can anyone here explain the price adjustment form on their website? It seems purposefully vague on how to fill it out.

I have a Whirlpool and had the same issue. I just had to roll it out and unscrew the back to clean things up because it gets dusty and dirty back there. Add water and it cakes up bad.

Just a FYI - both the fridges in this post are made by LG for Kenmore. Kenmore doesn't make any products but contracts other manufacturers to their specs.

If this is LG, I would stay away. Many have a badly designed defrosting system that will cause ice buildup to clog the drain and coils after a few years when the defrost heater gets weak. Water and...

I regret getting a bottom freezer, find it impossible to keep the drawers organized. Ended up buying a separate freezer

I was able to get the coupon code to work so an extra $35 off. Rep and thanks. Needed a refrigerator under 1k so this fits the bill. I was out looking at refrigerators most of the day today.

Agreed on the plastic drawers. Ours is about 5 years old and they are cracking already. Had to find a couple plastic replacement parts on eBay which were crazy expensive.

No water and ice in the door kills it for me. If I was going to live without those things, I'd get a $400 one like they put in cheap aparments.

Those are the most frequent cause of long term problems with the current crop of friges. You're getting lazy.

My LG fridge took a crap and this might be the replacement. Turns out sealed systems (whatever that means) are costly to repair. Apparently most new fridges have this system

Kenmore by LG stay away. I just went with GE from Costco after my Kenmore crapped out after only 7 years. Had problems during that time.

The 4 door is in the title as well. Pic is of the two door though, and right now Ibotta is offering 9% cashback through their site. Still not sure about the LG though.

I actually don't believe I'll buy another fridge with a water/ice dispenser in the door. It's a common mode of failure in my experience.

I'm a little confused. 4 doors? I only see two. We have two bottom freezer Kenmore/Whirlpool and like them. If you use the frig more than the freezer, bottom freezer puts the frig at a better...

This is an easy fix, melt the ice then hang a copper wire off the heating bar just barely into the drain, two inch wire. Never think about it again. Yeah it was a design flaw but there's a fix and...

ALWAYS, buy an extended warranty for refrigs. If something goes wrong they literally have to replace the entire refrigerator now! The compressor designs on newer refrigs are sealed units, meaning,...

I'm a service tech for Sears. Stay away from LG manufactured units for the time being. They've had failure after failure, and had to extend the warranty on their compressors due to bad designs.

It's 20 installments if anyone else is curious. Plus there are multiple CB sites offering 6% right now.

The SYWR points are in installments ($300 / 20) and can only be spent at Sears/ Kmart. The 6% CB would be all at once (after however long it takes the CB site to issue them). Depending on the CB...

This goes for me too. I had to deal with one for a short while and it was the most inconvenient design I've dealt with. Some people seem to love their bottom freezer fridge. I don't understand how...

I prefer it honestly. Perhaps because I don't keep a lot of stuff frozen, but I like having my refrigerated stuff at eye level without having to stoop down to see what's in the fridge like an older...
