Yeah, I do think so. I'm pretty sure that bit means you can't sign up, request rebate, then call and say "cancel my service and refund my money" for the first month. Also see post #5.

I understand. The problem is to dispute that later if the rebate doesn't come because at time of fulfillment, your account was canceled already... they will say the terms state cancelled orders are...
