A good deal; with new format coming out I wouldn't invest too much in DDR4 but this will still work for 90 percent of people.

Most likely 2133 then. You either have to enable xmp or manually set them to the specified specs. Not sure if Dell PC's let you configure. Go dig in your bios to see if it lets you before purchasing
