It's "worthless" to people who can't bother to READ. The phone works fine on Verizon and all Verizon MVNO's. It says so at the very top of the wiki.

Missing bands for T-Mo. ZTE R2 bands: 2/4/5/13 T-Mo bands: 2/4/5/12/66/71 The big one is missing band 12 on the R2. That and it appears to not have the GSM radio.

Have you ran a speedtest to see what your tethered device is getting speed wise? Previous info seems to indicate a 5gbps throttle on the TETHERED device.

I'd check what apps you've installed to the device, especially any that came from sources other than google play cause I'm not seeing that at all.
