just a update(03/17/2020): For Amazon prime, it seems Frontier ran out of Prime and sending 120$ visa card instead, I did received 120$ visa card yesterday.

They're planning to file for bankruptcy. Frontier is bad but at least it's FIOS and no cap on data usage compared to Xfinity.
