Does it matter whether you were a customer when they called? I thought one loophole of Do not call list is if you are or were a customer of the company, they are allowed to call you.

If you were a customer and on the DNC list, they can still call you. This is from the DNC list site, "Companies can call you if you’ve recently done business with them" so that would include trials.

They also just admitted that the service is actually worth $4 a month, not the $16 they'd like you to think. We paid $36 for a year recently.
