That's not how it works...my barber uses one blade (single edge) and soaks it in a disinfectant solution after use. He also sharpens it just prior to the cut....so be nice to your barber....

I’ve never gotten counterfeits when buying from Amazon. Make sure the seller is actually Amazon and not a third party. In the unlikely event you got fakes, Amazon will refund you.
