There should be a spot to Add Promo just above the subtotal on the checkout page. You can also Go to your Account page on the app and Add Promo there and it will save the code redemptions

total but for delivery uber tends to add like 15% fees so you end up with it being basically a wash, plus you pay taxes on pre coupon amount

This might be worth using on the restaurants with a $0.49 delivery fee + $1.98 service fee. Postmates is my usual but when they don't have offers I will probably use this.

I used the 22% coupon, i checked the pricing from uber eats vs pickup, the prices were inflated by $1 per roll, plus the service fee, delivery fee and tip it was still $8 more expensive then pickup....
