You would need to upgrade the psu probably 50 bucks then get a graphics card like a rx 580 8gb is inexpensive so bout extra 200 to 250 also a couple fan to keep it cool.

You'd need to upgrade the power supply. This one is 180w and you'd need 250w or more to run something like a gtx 1650 which is 75w. I think lenovo has different power supplies for this chassis.
