Ya you can flash it. I'm flashed to the 64 OC version. It's really loud though when gaming at 4K. Though you can dial it back a bit to make it run with less noise.

Keep in mind that was a 3-slot 2060, which doesn’t work for many people’s builds. I bought a Vega 56 blower earlier this year exactly because it would fit in my itx case.

In my experience this card is not loud at all, it is significantly quieter than the hd7950 it replaced. undervolted and oc'd to 1600/1000, power limit set to 42%.

This is the best value for GPUs in recent memory. 1070 class performance out of box, 2070 class performance if you morph it. The downside is power usage. 400 watts to get 2070 class performance.
