If you have actually flat feet, none of these insoles are very effective. My feet are flat as a pancake and the only insoles I'm able to wear (without severe pain) had to be custom made by a foot...

I mean it may provide a small amount of comfort but it's definitely not going to support your foot or provide any sort of arch. I find that generic arch support insoles end up causing more pain...
