I purchased a code from gameflip for my 3ds 3 years ago and got my account banned... gave them a call and they told me the code was purchased from a stolen credit card. IMO, it’s not worth it.

I don’t think you can generate codes. The codes exist in Nintendo’s database. They just need to be activated by the seller by purchasing them in some way.
