I have a Dremel 395 and the Wen flex shaft works fine (Dremel flex shaft also work on the Wen). I prefer the Dremel, but the Wen is still decent; worth it.

Everybody knows that you don't need a variable speed control on your dremmel. The pros use friction to slow the rotor down, and their own blood to cool it off.

You will want to use a cutoff wheel (see below) provided the head of the screw is wide enough to leave enough metal on either side of the kerf (slit) that you make with said wheel.
