That's an IPS panel and it's an Acer u can't go wrong with it. I have the Acer XR382CQ, worth every penny IMHO.

$340 is a great deal for this display. I paid $399 for mine and love it. Small bezels, great picture quality and 100hz (120hz OC) is a nice jump from my old 60hz display.

I thought Nvidia cards now support freesync monitors but AMD cards dont work with Gsync monitors. edit: confirmed by several articles found by quick googling. AMD cards do not work with Gsync.

That msi is barebones though. No vesa mount, no headphone jack, no anything. All the off brand ones offer more value than the msi one.
