I haven’t tried Walmart’s diaper rash cream but we’ve been using the Target store brand (40% zinc too) and it works better than any thing else than we’ve tried. YMMV but definitely worth a try.

The walmart house brand is only $8 for a 16 oz tub or $2 and change for a tube. It's also 40% zinc. It's good stuff.
