Don't buy. I bought a pair of their shoes before and had to return them because they had this ridiculously strong chemical smell. The material is not at all breathable and very uncomfortable.

Generally with boots you want to go a half size down from your running shoe size. I wear 10.5 running and I always get size 10 boots.
