For me it's usually at least 2 hours with appointment of without. I ask what's the point of appointments if i still wait that long. PB employees can't tell me why it takes that long to do anything.

I think it's prudent to always use jack stands, or some other form of backup protection such as ramps, which I would do with this product as well. But at least with 2 different jacks, it's unlikely...
