Correct, digital is more accurate. You can get TTs that rival CD quality with a quality pressing, but if you want the most accurate best quality sound you are barking up the wrong tree with vinyl.

I don't know how anyone lives with a non automatic turntable. I read the manual, this thing keeps spinning in perpetuity when it gets to the end of a record. At least from what I can tell.
