This is (unfortunately) a B&M deal. You need to have a meijer near you . They are mainly located in the great lakes and surrounding states. There is (as far as I know) no way to do these deals online.

There is an activation fee of like 4.95-6.95 (different brand gift cards have different fees). So you essentially net ~$4-5. However, the bigger savings comes if you have a credit card that codes...
