Fake 4K is scaled up 1040p. It cannot get any better than the original image. It is a gimmick.

Agreed. I got the DRO2d after being rear-ended 3 times in my life, once by a drunk hit and run who was miraculously found later by the cops just by chance.

You can 3D print the mount if you wanted. There's a 3D model available on Thingiverse and you can use Shapeways to get it printed for $6-15 depending on the material you choose.
