If you’re only concerned with over the top first person violence then this game is fine. This game only has over the top third person violence.

It’s rated “M” for mature. That’s like a “R” rating for a movie. Has lots of blood and gore. I think there might be a setting in the menu to turn the blood off, not 100% sure though.

No. This game is extremely violent. Hyper-violent. You can turn off gore and swearing (I believe), but it is not password protected and can easily be turned back on.
