Yep, no Gsync on this sucks. Most games even with gfx turned all the way down can't run at anywhere near a locked 144fps(aside from esports titles, and well optimized older games). So your options...

You're confusing 1660ti w/ the old gen 1060. RTX 20xx and GTX 16xx are all current gen.
