Havent had an issue with the rebate yet. I've done it about 3-4 times, always followed their instructions and emailed them once at the end of the 6-8 week time frame.

I have successfully done this twice and received my rebate both times. It does take a long time (45 days) set a reminder on your calendar, if you dont get it start emailing SD.
