No issues here. Are you using an iPhone? Try an android or vice versa. Maybe bad phone adapter. If all fail then see if you can get it replaced.

The cheapest packaging is when they stick the shipping label on the item’s box itself or just regular envelope. I don’t see how it is bad or a point to be criticized when mailing the Osmo in a bubble...

The only reason to that is Apple stores don’t run inspections. It’s an internal control issue obviously not that someone built IPhones from scratch.

Got mine delivered today, wrapped in cheapest packaging possible, some bubble wrap with a poly envelope. The product looks legit though, unopened, retail box, tamper seals still on.
