I ordered the 9SDK-026 based on similar research and it looks like you were correct about the 120Hz. The box says Led Panel: 15.6" FHD anti-glare IPS-level like the other GL65's on the MSI website.

The screen is actually 60hz for this exact model. Either Walmart has the model wrong or the description wrong Can someone confirm if I am right or wrong ?

This model is not available anywhere else and may be a Walmart specific model and can have 144 hz display. I tried hard but couldn't find this specific model anywhere else.
