I'm getting 300mbps+ thru the same router via WiFi and 1300mbps AC link. Many laptops cheap out on the built-in WiFi and you won't be able to hit 300mbps actual throughput.

After some debugging, I finally got 300Mbps speed now. Laptop wasnt the speed bottleneck but the CAT5 cable was. Now I am happy enjoying really high speed at every corner of the house
