According to BB and Asus' websites, this has the 60Hz IPS panel with only 45% NTSC, which isn't good for photo editing. You'd be better off looking for something with better color accuracy.

I mean. Yea you can hear them when gpu kicks in. But I usually have my headsets on. Turbo mode is really loud. But I never had to use that yet. Played a good 5hrs destiny and it barely got hot.

It is quite loud but to me it doesn't matter because I always use Bluetooth headset and I connect to everything around the house my phone the laptop the TV.

You don't want an IPS panel? This has one. Usually people do. I've got a TN panel that's better than just about every IPS I've seen. I don't like the bright spots found in most IPS panels.
