The advantage of this one is that you can install custom Merlin firmware on it. You cannot do this on ax11000.

Personally I would buy GT-AC5300, its tri-band, if you want to build mesh later on you can use on the band for backhaul, also reach on GT-AC5300 should be better with 8 antennas.
