Update: tested out, seems to function as expected, tho it’s not new for sure as it did not enter pairing mode at first start up and had to charge them to get them to turn on. Noise canceling appears...

Normally when Amazon marks it as used like new, the item is actually new and the packaging itself is damaged. If you were waiting for these headphones you won't find them cheaper this BF.
