Not necessarily. E.g. Emirates packs 10 seats in 777 which is horrible while Delta often flies A330 with 2-4-2 (equivalent of 3-3-3 in 777). Much more width. Not everyone flies Emirates Suites.

Agree. Lufthansa is rated so highly ("5 stars") and it's just slightly better than American. Qatar on the other hand is worth it's 5 star rating
