Its there. Up until now, it valued my iPhone 7 at 89$. All of the sudden, I just went thru the process and it valued at 400$... 145am central time zone.

I did switch, just before buying the phone, so I think maybe that was the issue. I called CSR today and they added the promo to the account for when I turn in the old phone.
