I assume nobody's checking this thread any more, but for what it's worth, I ordered a $50 gift card on Dec. 29 and never received any bonus card.

Actually looks and acts like a $10 coupon. Probably re-usable during that period should you happen to have it.

Not sure it will qualify and YMMV , but some people have a Chase Offer for 5% back on your PetSmart purchase, with a $4.00 back maximum.

It's a "Bonus Card" not a gift card that you get, so you can't just hold on to it and use whenever. Bonus card is only valid for use during the month of January in 2020, probably when they crap sales...
