This is correct. You add the white wire coming from the TP-Link switch to the existing wire nut where the neutral wires are.

I have four Tp-link switches installed, have been using them for over a year. No issues whatsoever, very happy. My guess is most of the issues/complaints are related to lack of a neutral wire.

So I did a dimmer switch before on a 3 switch system and found you have to use one of the end switches. If you try installing in the center switch it will not work. Not sure if this helps.
