Yeah the resyncing used to work to fix the problem but not anymore. Never used them with the windows 10 program (they're hooked up to my Xbox). I'll give that a try when I get home thanks a bunch!

Almost grabbed the A50’s. Amazon reviews are relatively poor - citing an ongoing well known issue where you need to unplug and replug after every use. Otherwise pretty good headset.

I can see them changing to a different picture, but it's hard to tell if it's a change in item or just the wrong picture. That's troublesome given the cost of them.

Have you reset them? My gen 3’s will periodically go out but a quick reset brings them back. You hold the Dolby button and the game button simultaneously for 10 seconds while it is powered on.
