It depends on your budget. I'd lean towards WD Gold or HGST enterprise 7200rpm 5yr warranty drives, which I've found for as cheap as $70 + ship for a 4TB, but you have to be patient.

This is a different class of internal drive and the warranty may be a bit different. Also, these may not be so great for nas usage due to firmware compatibility.
