Both are great, ~95% the same "fun" either way, as long as your IPD fits it. Overall depends on what's important to you (tracking, upgrade, game compatibility, cost now, cost later, etc...) ...

I want a good PC gaming experience. Vive is just way too expensive for me. I was thinking the Samsung cause price is important but if the Oculus is really worth the extra $120 then maybe.

Not even comparable. Rift S can be used with many other applications like Twinmotion and other engineering and architectural software. Someone correct me if I'm wrong
