Since the activation code is separate from the SIM, I just got the 3-SIM kit for $10 and the Renewal/existing SIM for $195 last night.
Even at $240/yr, it ain't a bad deal for 5GB/mo on Verizon....

Their customer service is top notch imo. I have dealt with TMO, ATT and VRZ, where their CSR were terrible.
