The lower the “w” number the better it flows in cold. Also any 0w oil will be synthethic.

How often are you doing oil changes? Probably don't go more than 7500 with this. Castrol is good. Castrol Edge is better. Equivalent to Pennzoil Plat, Mobil 1

As long as you don’t exceed the “20” you are fine the “w” refers to winter. So if you live in a cold climate the 0w will be better than 5w for cold starting.
