Depends on the reps. Some require it to be on the spot and others say you can come later. If you go back later, you better have a knowledgeable rep because most don’t know how to do it.

I'd suggest you get what you can. These resellers are buying stacks of 4. I settled for a 64gb 11 pro, current phone is an iPhone X 256gb :rolleyes:

I THINK it is possible but I am not sure. You have to get a VERY knowledgeable rep. Some reps don’t even know that they have to initiate a trade in.
