I don't know if the 4 has a higher TDP than the 3 but this case works excellent with the 3. It gets warm but been stable for over a year 24/7.

It's also silent and only uses 4-5 watts. Plus there's a bunch of connectivity for more creative pursuits, but it sounds like you don't care about that.
