My experience is different, I was using their DHT shampoo, and seen an improvement. And I actually paid for mine.

I bought this brand of shampoo from Amazon before and threw it away. The version I got was supposed to strengthen hair and clean scalp. But my hair started falling... Way to clean the scalp!
