It's a cool laptop for the price. Of course have made a compromise with 720p before making the purchase. The system is very fast and haven't seen any lag with 40+ tabs open. The plastic is just fine....

I thought that in order to run dual channel, the RAM had to be the same size and speed..... In either case, it's dumb. I get it. It can be hooked up to an external monitor for even up to 4K. ...

I guess they put two RAM stick there because Ryzen's Vega Graphics run spectacular on dual channel RAM. I agree screen the bottle neck here but if you plan to hook it to a monitor it will be great.

You can’t beat specs for the price (read comments above), only downside is 720p screen. For me, faster computer with 720p is better than slow computer with 1080p resolution.

It’s not a bad deal at all buying for parents. My parents can’t really fully utilize the 15-16in screen at FHD res anyways. If needed, can always connect to monitor for more work space/ res.
