S6 has less suction power and smaller bin (same as S5's) than S4. S5 and S6 do climb better than S4, but all are not as well as D7, Deebot or Roomba's.

Just supports 1 floor mapping, other floors will have to be mapped on the fly, Water tank specifically calls for water only. Not really a mopping, just drags a wet cloth over the floor

My first gen also had difficulties with climbing my half inch rags, s5 jumps on em easily. They even mentioned it in description and it really works and it was my main reason to upgrade.

S4 is missing carpet boost mode and mopping, and an extra year warranty. All other specs are about the same. If you are ok spending 150 more for those functions go for it.

Don't have an s6 or i7 but have an s5 and a 960. They are both excellent vacs but if I could only have one it would be the Roborock. The s6 gets stuck less even with more obstacles and transitions....
