I was able to get a refund for both the controller and the microSD card. It did seem like the CS person had a bit of trouble in the beginning. But, she was still able to do it. No questions asked.

I too was able to return my controller and SD card without much of an issue. The CS person did ask if I had 2 SD cards, but I said no, and then she processed the refund. Not sure you can beat $225...

What I did was open a "support chat" on my computer and the automated system will ask what order are you asking about, select the order than it'll actually lay out the tracking numbers for you. IDK...

Had to call a supervisor over and override it. Apparently walmart.com has a different number associated with the SD card than in-store which is where the problem comes from.

Had the same problem as everyone else in this thread with the SD card scanning as different than the one listed on the invoice. Customer service eventually figures it out and gives you the refund....

Just to add, I picked up my bundle on Saturday, and returned the sd card and controller immediately. No real issues except the micro sd card appeared to differ from what was on the invoice.
