Makita LS1040 is an extremely precise saw if you tighten the table nut. I have one at work and it has essentially no play what-so-ever.

I don't see any deals. The best deals I found were 20% off new plus they seem to charge sales tax for me. So not really a deal. Dealing with someone else's once-busted junk for 20% isn't worth it....
