They should be banned from slickdeals. They didn't respond to thousands of customers for months and articles were written that they may have closed and left customers without any help or money back

Oh man, I'm beyond the chargeback window. I hope they follow through. Otherwise I might have to look at other options like small claims.

I returned a suit from them last year but they refused CC refund, only store credit. Took weeks to dispute with CC company to get money back. Others had similar experiences?

Yeah, their other suits are average, but I'm giddy about this one. I think this is the only one that uses Vitale Barberis Canonico wool.
